My mom liked the name Bebhinn which is gaelic for Melodious lady, but since its the gaelic spelling she knew NO one would know how to pronounce it. The modernized spelling is Bevin, but she figured everyone would call me BEV-in, so she went with the spelling Bayvin.
My daddy's middle name is Lee and he wanted one of his kids named after him, so mommy decided to spell it Leigh.
